Documentaries, Museums & Audio Guides demos

Award-winning documentary voiceover Captivating, adventurous, playful, distinctive

“Samantha always understands the brief and what is required. She brings true emotion and engagement to every read – and adds something special that you hadn’t thought of.”
– Matt Rhodes

Documentaries bring untold stories to life, give a voice to the voiceless and shine a light on crucial issues.

Audio and museum guides are slightly different – sometimes fascinating mini docs but sometimes friendly walking tours or exhibition guides – even characters from history.

But they both need narrators who connect with their audiences… to be engaging, thought-provoking, shocking, entertaining, joyful, twisty and dark – though not necessarily all at the same time!

I can help you with that

I’ve worked on a wide range of docs and audio guides – from Channel 4’s “Saucy! Secrets of the British Sex Comedy” and the BBC’s “Play It Loud”  to true crime cases like Madeleine McCann and Harold Shipman as well as films about the Royal Family, current affairs, music, history and nature documentaries.

I’ve also worked for the Natural History Museum, the V&A, the Getty Museum, LA and numerous galleries, museums and exhibition creators across the world as an audio guide voice.

I was awarded Documentary Narrator of the Year at the 2024 OVAs.

I would love to bring your stories to life.
