“Long before writing, people were telling each other stories and the audiobook goes all the way back to that tradition.” – Philip Pullman
The first audiobook I narrated was a true story about an all- female poetry society onboard the Titanic.
Since then I’ve narrated full length non-fiction titles and numerous short stories – some of which are designed to lull you to sleep. I’m not sure if that’s something I should be mentioning – though it does suggest calm, soothing and warm.
I have always loved telling stories. I’m an avid reader and have been performing ghostly tales and short stories live on stage for years – so becoming an audiobook narrator was no brainer.
Audiobook narration is a real art. Narrators aren’t just versatile voice actors – they need an excellent studio space, great production skills and lots of patience.
If you need an experienced voiceover actor and narrator please do listen to my audiobook demos below or check me out on Audible.

I don’t often get to create visual audiobooks – but this one is for children, and it’s a rather beautiful picture book.
It’s one of a series of fairy tales, all created for this children’s author.
I’m always happy to discuss your project and provide a 3-5 minute test read of your manuscript, so you can be 100% confident that I’m right for your audiobook.
